69 Charger Hood Clearance

I'll be installing a 440 in my 69 Charger in the next month or so. The motor has an older Edelbrock Performer intake (not RPM) and will have a Holley 750 vacuum secondary. Any idea if I would run into hood clearance issues running the below air cleaner?  I currently run it without issues on a 383 with stock dual plane intake and Carter 650 carb. (IE. will the new intake and holley carb be much higher than the old stock intake and Carter carb?)
