unknown electrical part

Could someone identify this part. I never used it on my 70 Charger rebuild. Trying to get pic to j peg. It is electrical with three conections on top and one on the frame. Part says Hi-Ram on top with connections labeled I H B. Thanks

Based on the connector spacing and orientation I'd say Headlight warning buzzer.

I think headlights delay relay. Pretty sure I, H and B stands for Ignition, Battery and Headlights
