I have been gathering together the parts I need to convert my car from auto to manual. I was searching the Keisler site for a friend and I saw the link to the floor humps. I have an A-833OD that I plan on putting in my car, but I need a floor hump so I was looking at what Keisler was selling. They only sell the hump for "1971-1974 B-Body / 1970-1974 E-Body (with non-bench seat)" problem is I have a bench seat. According to what I was reading about the A-833 tail housing is that B bodies used the mounting point closer to the gear box to mount the shifter, and the E-bodies use the mounting point near the end of the tail housing. I would assume that even if I were to get bucket seats the shifter would have to be mounted in the "E-body position" to use the Keisler floor hump.
Still not correct for a charger.
Is there someone out there repoping floor humps for a 71-74 charger with a bench seat? The correct one that is not meant for an E-body?
