So i was told its a 65 non console b body shifter... really??? Anyone out there know.???  Handle is about 15 inch long.

That's an Inland shifter, '65 B-bodies used only Hurst shifters. '66-early '68 used the Inland shifter as did many later years.

So are you guys saying i could sell this as a 68 or 69 charger 4 speed shifter And that would be correct??

No, just saying it's not a '65. Early '68 was Inland, late '68 and '69 was Hurst.
