Did you notice as the Charger went over the bank at the 2:36 mark you could see the camera was still on the passenger side door  :2thumbs:

Here are a few things that I noticed.....
They used a 68 and a 70 Charger. In some scenes, the car seems to be a 68 but upon closer inspection, the upper part of the front bumper is painted body color to hide the chrome. The rear view shows a 70 taillight finish panel that was on R/T and 500 models. The close up of the hood opening was a 68 model. The under dash hood release was a fake. The dash pad is a 69-70. Door trim panels are 1970 except for the scenes with the window cranks spinning.....different color panels and map pockets.

That car looks to be patched together from a 68-69 and a 70 model year car. The ignition switch in the dash is 68-69, the taillight panel is clearly 1970.

yes kind of suprised ,   given it was a 78 film , although a lot can happen to a car in  a short amount of time   :icon_smile_blackeye:

My friend wanted to turn his 70 Charger R/T into a General Lee clone and was going to spend several grand swaping out the nose to 69 Charger pieces,so I told him he should blast and paint the front bumper instead as most people wouldn't know the difference anyway, this is the result.

Kern Dog

I saw that car in Ohio in 2004. It almost inspired me to paint my bumper. That General Lee was a clean car.

The car is really nice! He spent a long time blocking the car and it came out really straight. I cut and buffed the car. It's a real 70 Charger R/T too.

I like how they replaced a fresh air vent handle with a hood release knob.

I think if you look at that picture again they have added a hood release to the car as it appears there is still a fresh air vent handle under the dash closer to the driver door
