Who just replaced a RIGHT side quarter panel? 1968-70

I know a guy that needs your OLD section.

He has a '70 that has a square hole cut where the bumble bee stripe would be he needs a cutout section from the bumper section and UP, from the taillight panel forward about 24". He wants to patch in the section since his quarter is also wrinkled up a bit.
The section needed looks like what you see in the photo. If you have something, please send me a PM here.
