Wiper switch wiring

My 69 has a 3 speed wiper mopar  I recently rewired the dash with year one factory repop wiring harness and my wiper motor no longer works. Is there ant suggestions as to why. The switch appears to be wired correctly to the bulk head and the harness had a new fuse panel. All fuses look hood.

There is no fuse for the wipers. The wiper motor is hot (Positive) when the key is turned on. The switch HAS to be grounded, Make sure to have the gauge panel screwed on tight. WINGNUT

As mentioned, the motor gets 12 volts as soon you put the key in run. This is for the wipers parking position circuit. I think is the blue wire per what I recall. This power is cut into the motor itself while the wire keeps hot. So if your motor is getting this source as soon you put the key in run, everything should be in working order. HOWEVER as mentioned, wiper switch must be grounded, because as far I recall the ground is also routed throught the wiring from the switch on diff ways to set the diff spining direction when parking or wiping

Oh gotcha I'll test both and check ground
