Manuel steering pump, seems to be bleeding out a bit, is there a seal here that went bad?

Steering box not pump, yes check online I think that seal can be picked out and replaced on the car. Your coupler seal is ripped also.  :scratchchin:

Yah i noticed that coupler seal is ripped too...just replaced that 4 or 5 years ago too...
