Very well sold. Even with R4, AC, and PW, ....there must have been a showdown at high noon to bring that kind of cash for an imperfect 440 column shift car.

I can't imagine a flipper buying it for that much and thinking he'd sell it for more. Something's up. Maybe it did not actually sell at the auction, or at least sell for that price.

Of course, now that it is "one of 36 in 1999" it's worth a lot more, so who knows
