Went hunting with my wife once on public land.  Put her in a deer stand and warned her that if she shot a deer, don't let any other hunter try to claim it.

Sure enough, I heard her shoot and when I got to her she was arguing with some guy that said, "OK Ma'am, its your deer, but can I please take my saddle off of him?!?!"
