I have a remote trunk release latch on my car, I have been told that the button to release it is located in the glove box.  I did not have one, but have found one.   I have included a 2 pictures.  One is the button, where does it go in the glove box?  Are there any other place they were installed?  Anyone have a picture of where it installed on your car?
Also the green and black wire that goes into the button, (see other picture) is this part of the standard wiring harness under the dash, or was it added?  I can't seem to find where the thing gets power.  I know that the button simply completes the 12 volt circut, right?  Any help with this is much appreciated.

I mounted on glove box... I don't know if goes there, since that system is a lates 70s one, but I mounted on same position that Lebarons/Diplomats what is the same you got. Some models have the lettering bezel to be mounted below the dash pad with button toward to floor.

I don't know how is the earliers 70s and 60s Cars, since for example 68 is vacuum controled and electrics are with a GIANT SOLENOID instead the ones that we can find right now what are small.

Green wire is a wire what ends on a tan/yellow rupper plug with a male bullet kind terminal. That goes plug on an accesories source located around the steering column area. The source does it have a same color rubber plug with 3 female bullet kind terminals, however wire is somekind tan/brown. There attaches all accesories ( rear deffog for example ). This source is coming from one of 20 amps fuses.

However, if the assembly you found is a female spade termial kind, you can plug it ( that's the way on 71 accesories wiring diagram it is ), on fuse box on a male spade terminal inserted below the accesories side of fuse column... you will need to be safe add a 20 amps fuse capsule on green line if you don't have it already on wire.

Black wire goes directly to solenoid...

I would like to see an original 71/74 assembly. On 74 Mopar dealer catalog diagrams it looks A LOT different
