How about a restoration section with Q&A and searchable topics database as well as a member's website link page.  Members could submit their site's URL and a brief description.

Step 2.  If you don't have enough money (a lots of money), are you sure about enough time you have to spend?? Be prepared for sweat and blood too... (I just started and have some problems with time, my f****** job is the main reason for that)
