Looking for purple Bird owner maybe New Hampshire? Plate: Dr. Mopar

Does anyone here know the owner of this purple Bird? I don't know where or when this photo was taken but it's possible that is my 999 car in the background. I believe the plate says Dr. Mopar or Dr Mop1r. I understand this purple Bird has been at the PA Nats and may be from New Hampshire? Any leads appreciated.

Believe "Dr Mop1r" is correct. From the looks of the turf, the photo was taken in a southern province, where rain is an endangered species.

There was a DR MOPAR salvage yard in Kyle TX.  Maybe no association but it can't hurt to look into it.  The orange plate to the right looks like early Pennsylvania 40's-50's.
