So, I have owned my '69 R/T SE since 1987. Always saying I will restore it some day with my son who is now 26 and does collision work for a big body shop here in Portland, Me. One of the items I have collected over the years is a 1969 440 HP block and it was completely disassembled but has all the parts for it. I  recently had to pull home all my parts from storage and while I had the engine on my tailgate I cleaned the VIN pad and  came up with this.  XS29L9B188546.     I still have full intentions on restoring my Charger but if someone out there owns this car I would be willing to make a deal with them. The date code is 9*24*68    2536430G casting under that. I remember that I bought that engine in Falmouth Maine.
