I think mine looked better than this one but probably close o the same amount of work to restore, so if I had it in my driveway, I might start work on it, and everybody knows how those kind of projects go, never-ending...

That thing is completely roached out, but the mold growing out of the door is a nice touch.

With everything going on in the country today, it sure is nice to reflect back to a time where it was COOL to be patriotic!

I so agree Birdflu!  My neighbor still refers to this as The United States! I refer to it as America the states have NOT BEEN UNITED for 30 + years. But there are people out there that would restore a car like that. There so hard to come by now. I dont think I would after my 68. I have never replaced so much sheet metal on a car as I did that one. And I love the paint scheme! It brings back memories of a much better time!
