Bought this old used car today. She is a numbers matching SS1 with black vinyl top 1968 Dodge Charger with its original 383 With four barrel carburetor attached to a four speed.

Science is just observation and hypothesis.  Policy stands in the way.........

Or maybe it protects us. 

I suppose it depends on the specific case.....
