Hey All,
I'm looking for history info on White Bird number V0A 162323.  This car was in Bismarck, ND for a few years and recently sold to new owners in South Dakota.  It is a 6 barrel, 4 speed, black bench interior.  Looks like an older 80s restoration.  The only distant past info I have is a Pennsylvania DOT envelope dated May 29th, 2001.  Anyone recall this car?
