Identify this wheel?

Anyone know what the name of this wheel is? It's an American Racing Torque Thrust style wheel but has a lip or flange on each spoke. I think it was "Torque Thrust Classic" or something like that

American Racing VNT70R...looks like it was discontinued though. Don't see it on their website.
