Gen III Hemi swaps and oil dipsticks

So apparently when you Gen III hemi swap your B body, the oil pans available don't have a provision for the oil dipstick tube.
My Gen III 5.7 hemi came out of a 2006 Daytona R/T and is front sump with a dipstick on the passenger side front of engine.
The oil pan kits I see available for my 68 Charger are the Holley and Weiand models for center sump.
Neither have oil dipstick provisions but say to use the one for the block.

I looked and my block appears to have them blocked off.
So for anyone that has done this, is there an oil pan you recommend or did you simply get a dipstick and tube and figure out how to punch out the factory sealed holes in the block and use that provision (which I think was for the truck engines)?

Thanks for the help.

I wasn't on Fakebook either until I needed information for my hellcat swap. Lots of info on there that I couldn't find anywhere else.
Are you on YouTube? ;)

Yes, quite active actually.  Haha.
I will get it figured out.  Appreciate the help.
Probably going with the Milodon 22065 flexible option since I will be using TTI long tube headers on my swap.

I went with the Holley oil pan and the Milodon dipstick.
Here's my video on the swap.
