Near as I can tell: 3D24350 on ID Pad next to oil pan? 440 used as a propane fueled pumping station engine.  :scratchchin:

3D is from a 1973 car built at the Belvedere plant...I believe only C-body Dodges and Plymouths were built at that plant.
