Is this the car that Julius restored back in the early 2000's?
If not it is very similar as maybe that was an auto?

Saw it in a San Fernando showroom for $75,000 in 2004... :eyes:
The guy was desperate to sell and said he would take $70K? :pity:

Yes, I would have bought it at that time as we all know its super rare with awesome colours... :drool5: :drool5: :drool5:

But I only had $15,000 to buy a C500 with and he said ''NO'' at that price...(killjoy)... :slap:

I use to own the Julius restored Hemi Charger 500.  Sold it about 2012 or so.  The Julius car was an auto on the column.  I believe this car was at Carlisle back in 2009- 2010.  I wasn't there but a friend who was said an identical Hemi 500 to mine sold for $94K and it had a 4-speed.  How many White with red gut hemi charger 500 4-speeds could they have made?

It was the first C-500 I ever saw and 'it was love at first sight'. :pity: :pity: :pity:

Maybe in my next life, I will be lucky enough to get a white Hemi C-500 with a manual trans and dana, lol... :shruggy: :cheers: :icon_smile_big:

Was your white hemi 500 sold at Crown Dodge in Fayetteville North Carolina? I Was told that there were three hemi 500s sold there. Two white ones one 4speed and 1 automatic and one red automatic. I have seen the red and the white automatic cars in the 80s but never ran across the 4speed car.

I never knew the original dealership although I had good history of the car back to the 3rd owner.  I had Poloroid's of the car before Julius did his magic.  The car was rust free but had some bad quarter panel damage and was powered by a 383.  Wonder what the hammer down price will be on this beauty.

I have only seen 2 W1 HEMI 500's with red interior. If that helps any. I haven't seen them all.

First time I saw this car after it as restored I believe that Steve Fox was the owner. 2004/5. I have not seen the car in person since 2009. I plan to make a trip up to the auction to see this car.

If you don't mind my asking... Where did you get Polaroid's of that car when it was smashed..? Where were they taken..?

Nice color combination.
Looks like the Ray Fox #3 that Buddy Baker drove in 1969.
I've never owned anything but a MoPar. Can you say that?

A classic case of OVER-RESTO when it comes to paint!

White is a great colour, but you can have TOO much of any colour, (even white)!
A rare car like this needs the underfloor pan and Wheelhouses painted in the correct blacks... :slap:

The missing script for the grille is a BIG NO-NO too... :icon_smile_blackeye:

Fit and finish is everything on such a fine example of a Hemi 500!!! :pullinghair: :nono: :flush:

The HURST "stick script" on the shifter is the style used for mid-'68 when they changed over from the Inland shifter. Was this style script ever used on a '69?
