I found this certicard in a sheath behind the battery.
Who issued it? What for? It is stamped 1-66. It might well be the first owners name on it...

Stamped data from the factory.

Embossed tape data added by the selling dealership at time of original sale.

The information was used by Chrysler & any dealership to track warranty details, repairs made, etc.
