Just wondering if anyone knows what the correct gauge metal is for a patch spot on a 69 Charger fender? 18? 22 ?

19 gauge AKDQ (aluminum killed draw quality) for complex shapes with compound curves. Not very common.

18 gauge CRS (cold rolled steel) is what I use for more basic, mostly flat patch panels.
