Fender Tag Decode Opinions

My 69 Charger has head rests and rear speaker, but in decoding the fender tag, I'm not sure they belong in the car. Most of the interior has been swapped out some time in the past. I do not have the build sheet, so no help there. A lot of you are more proficient than me at this, so perhaps you could lend me your opinions?

Codes on fender tag related to these items are: R11 Music Master AM Radio, and C55 / C6W White Bucket Seat interior.
It also has group codes A01 Light Package and A04 Basic Group. There are no other fender tag codes related to seats, radio, or speakers.

Should I be able to definitively tell from the fender tag alone if it should/should not have head rests or rear speaker? It's a December 4 build date. I will be trying to be as faithful as possible in reconstructing it to the original build.

Head rests were mandatory 0n 1/1/69.   Yours being a 12/4/68 SPD they would have been optional and called out on the Window sticker or Broadcast sheet (code C31 for both left & right) .....NOT on the tag.

The R31 rear speaker fader option was optional as well.  This would NOT be called out on the fender tag...
Not too sure if you could get it with the base R11 Music Master AM radio.....I usually see it paired with the R22 AM/8 Track or the R21 AM/FM...someone else might have better knowledge

Agree on all points.

R11 and R31 is acceptable. Examples exist.
