Thinking about running an advertisement in Mopar Action, wanted to see who all still reads the magazine before putting money towards the ad.

Kern Dog

I love the magazine. I'm a subscriber and have been for 18-19 years.

Daytona R/T SE

I've got over a year's worth of mopar action and mopar collector's guide

stacked up that I've never looked at.

They come in the mail, on the stack they go.

Once my subscriptions run out this time...

I'm done with magazines.

John_Kunkel

I still subscribe for the tech articles but they've been less useful for me in the last few issues.
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.

Not a subscriber anymore but I have picked it up at the news stand from time to time. I like the magazine but I have four magazine subscriptions now and the next month shows up before before I get through the previous months issues.
My first Charger was a Stock Car.

I read it pretty religiously.

cant hurt any putting an advert in the mag  :shruggy:

i use to collect all three mags from when they first started
HP Mopar
Mopar Muscle
Mopar Action .
when i got a computer for personal consumption in 04 also finding this site , well the old one & moparts  , magazine interest dwindled ,  stopped all in 08 ish i think , & then gave them all away little while later.

They screwed me out of my just renewed 2 year subscription when they changed publishers.

I don't get any any Mopar rags anymore. Not that I'm bitter about it  :flame:

I agree.

Tech articles are still very informative, but my car is done, so fewer of the articles apply to me.

I like getting something tangible to page through.

Kern Dog

I can't just wash and wax my car. I'm always looking to make some improvements or changes.
This year I changed to a Tremec 5 speed, new carpet, fixed an inop parking brake, wiper motor, fixed a few wiring issues....I need to be working on it to stay "involved". I have other cars out back too. The tech articles don't always apply to what I'm working on at the moment but I keep all the issues. I will continue to subscribe as long as the content continues to entertain and inform.

ACUDANUT

I always loved Mopar Collector's Guide.

Kern Dog

I like MCG including the editorial segments but I need the TECH articles to stay interested.

The editorials are why I dropped my subscription. No surprise we differ on appropriate content of car magazines.

I can understand that some people don't want politics mixed in with their cars. That is fine.
For me, IF there are Politicians or impending legislation that threaten this hobby, I want to know about it. It confuses me to see people vote for a person or party that threatens their livelihood or their interests. It is like a Butcher voting for a Politician that advocates a Vegan lifestyle.

I want to know about it, I will leave it there..

That said.. I am letting all my Magazine subscriptions lapse this time around..
