Superbird spotted on the Tail Of The Dragon

My daughter was at a car event on US 129 (The Tail of the Dragon) this weekend and said she saw a kind of beat-up Superbird on the Dragon.....I asked her for the approximate times and found it on the roadside pictures. It looks like a clone or tribute car as I don't see a window plug, A pillar moldings or fender scoops, and the dude definitely needs to observe better lane discipline, If you have ever been on US 129, you don't want to cross the center line!....But, I was glad to see someone out driving a wing car. Is anyone familiar with this one?
