 i'm far from a expert ! & not seen enough window stickers to judge , first time ive seen this or rather taken much notice of W21 wheels  !   why would the W21 say stamped  chrome wheel ? on a 69 when road wheels had  painted silver spokes ?

not an authentic window sticker - "STAMPED" was to differentiate from the recall wheel "CAST" description .....

Chrysler Corp. NEVER had painted spokes on their ROAD, CHROME STYLED, MAGNUM 500 type wheels - they were "satin chrome" on the trim ring versions

yes yes never painted spokes !  dont know why i said that now , know idea what i was thinking !  
yes dull chrome on a 69
was thinking about 68 road wheels having a chrome rim , &  69  black & trim ring . thinking this window sticker was saying W21 road wheels like the 68 !
