Are upper door pads just a Charger thing?

Just wondering if the padded upper door pads found stock on the '68 and '69 Charger, and the '70 Charger 500 and SE were a Charger- or Dodge-only thing or did Coronets, Super Bees and Roadrunners have them too. In other words, if a guy is looking for some upper door pads (which I'm not) could he look in other models to find them.

Also, were there any '70 R/Ts that did not come with upper door pads or was it just the base model Charger that didn't have them?

upper door pads were standard on Charger B body only in 68 & 69, 70 was not standard on base but was available.John

As far as I know the upper pads were a Charger only item. All of the GTX's, Coronets, Super Bee's, Roadrunner's etc I have seen just had the metal door top.

I am pretty sure they were standard on the '70 R/T only the XH29 Charger's came standard without them.

Of course, it could be argued that 1st gen Chargers have padded upper doors as well.  The difference being that our door panels are one piece and then become padded above armrest section in the middle with the padding gradually thicker as it nears the top of the door.
I'm thinking you meant a separate upper pad though. ;)
