Stinger nose cone install. Need help

I'm installing the stinger daytona nose cone. I have the brackets bolted in place where the fender brackets go. For the ones that have done this in the past. Did you panel bond the nose braces into the nose cone first or did you bolt the braces to the brackets and try to panel bond the nose cone in place. I'm stuck and not sure which way will be best. Also did you have the add material either fiberglass or body filler to the nose cone or fenders to make it look correct? Any help is appreciated.

Installed one and worked on another , they fit like crap , contour  way off , I glassed bulk head in for c -channel . I learned the hard way , they are total shit . Toss in trash and buy a Janak
