Saw this car in a tour of his garage.   This is a very nice C500, well cared for.

This car looked fantastic in the pictures. Seems like a great deal at $67k.

Wow, sold lower than I expected. I was following the auction over the past few days, but was busy working when the auction ended, or I would've bid higher than that! Somebody got a good deal!

I had guessed $70k but not hitting reserve. All green 500's just don't get the love they deserve.

Remind me again why VIN says XS and other doc's say XX?

I think this car brought "low" money because it was a Charger 500, not because it was green.  I would imagine that if this was a regular RT, with all colors and options being equal, it would have brought $8-10K more.

This is just an opinion of course, but I remember a red Charger 500 that was in the same price range not too long ago.  If I remember it was part of a lot of 3 red 69 chargers.

It says XS on the dash, and fender tag on this car, purely by mistake on the DASH. It is one of 12 exceptions that I have seen over the years. Its a legit 500 though.

All 69 500's were born R/T's....when they went to Creative, all the R/T badges were removed, except for only one that I know of....so technically, it is an R/T...in my opinion

Only a 500 gets the 925xxx code, which in this case exist on both the fender tag and build sheet.
