Potential Air pocket in fuel line to carb

68 Charger with 505 engine RB.
950 Proform carb with dual fuel inlet line.
With everything in the way especially the original AC compressor brackets, routing the supply line to the carb is difficult.
To avoid the inlet manifold vacuum port, I had to point the carb inlet line fitting towards the distributor.
The issue is getting the rubber line from the vapor separator to the carb inlet fitting.

QUESTION:  A portion of the rubber supply line to the carb, while going over a bracket, raises about 1 inch above the carb inlet line fitting.
The whole line will start being full of air.  Will the fuel pump be able to flush out the air eliminating the air bubble in the line??

I'd think the pump will purge air through the carb. bowls when the floats drop.   I use one of these to charge the fuel line up to the carb. priming the fuel pump. (Works like a charm.) https://www.harborfreight.com/oil-suction-gun-95468.html

b5blue: Where do you hook up that pump?
I would like to do it at the carb but I don't think that the vapor separator and especially the fuel pump would allow the fuel to flow backwards through it.  Getting to the inlet line to the fuel pump is another story.

I pulled from the tank/lines, through the stock fuel pump and separator up by the carb as close as you can get. The idea was to charge the entire fuel system up to the carb. with gas.
