As mentioned above, copart has the VIN as RM2310A170851, that "1" after the 23 has to be a copart typo and its likely V.

Only a guess: Just prior to the insurance lapsing its Wing was struck by lightening, which may be why it's AWOL.

Here is the V0A170851 back in 2003 at the DSAC / Chicagoland Mopar Connection meet in Chicago.     It was in Park Ridge, just north of Rosemont back then.    So it does not appear to have strayed far, if it all.

Word from the owner through a mutual friend is no identifiable cause, even with a private fire investigator.  Also lost a '68 Coronet convertible in the fire   :'( :'( :'(

WOW! I did not realize this was the same car! I was at that meet and thats me in the background with the Challenger TA I had at the time and I think I'm talking to @Dave Kanofsky?
