Hemi install in '69 Charger

Afternoon Gents....While I'm not close to this stage of my project, I'm wondering about the installation process of a Gen II Hemi in a '68-'70 B-Body.  I've seen lots of pictures of 440's being installed from the bottom.....Mounted on the K-Member raised as a unit into position.   This sure seems like the easiest way, but is there room enough to do this with a Hemi??  My guess would be yes.  Anyone have pictures???  As always, thanks in advance.

Yes.  The 426 Hemi head designers actually tilted the angle of the combustion chambers a little bit just to make it clear.

It WILL go in from the bottom.
Ive done both E and B body hemi cars. Its tight , but it will go

I agree - a little tight. Good to have a spotter on each side of the car to keep an eye on clearance.
