rear quarter glass

I just got done doing installing the door glass on my 69 and am going to tackle the rear quarter glass tomorrow,
what I am unclear about is Can you take out the rear glass without having to take out the whole regulator?  Do you have to rip the whole thing out and put it together with the glass outside and then try and put it back with the new glass in it?

any insight would be greatly appreciated.

didnt help.  my question is do I need to take the whole thing out to get the glass in and out?  in the vid, the glass is already out.

I thought it was kind of obvious that the glass can come out with out everything else because the glass was out already in the video before he took the rest out
