Welcome to the board Mary.

You'll find that this board deals mostly with sixties/seventies Chargers. You might have better luck on a board dedicated to newer LX cars.

Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.

Yeah Sorry Mary if the car has a computer all of us here are stumped!

A 6 year old car? I blame it on ethanol gas.  :icon_smile_dead:

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

I thought the throttle position sensor is in the pedal now.

John_Kunkel

TPS is in the throttle body. Try this:

Throttle calibration

1. Insert ignition key and turn to "ON" (not start).
2. Wait for all idiot lights to go out. ...
3. Slowly depress the accelerator pedal all the way to the floor.
4. Slowly release the accelerator pedal until it's all the way back up.
5. Turn the ignition key to "OFF".

I do this every coupla months even thought there's no problems.
