Chrome trim for back passenger window on a 68 Charger

I'm looking for the  chrome piece for a 68 Charger that mounts from inside of the rear passenger window (non-post car) and connects to the "C" chrome corner piece on the rear pillar - this is on the exterior 1/4 panel @ window-that matches the door chrome ( on top of door)

I'm not sure what its called

Need both sides in good to great shape
