Is there was a rear sway bars an option on 1969 charger ?

But there are aftermarket ones.

Unless you have a really big sway bar on the front  or really big torsion bars and the car severely understeers,  you may not necessarily need a rear sway bar.

True.
It seems that Mopar B body cars were UNDERsprung at the front and OVERsprung at the rear. Adding a front sway bar and bigger torsion bars usually evens it out.
I've ran my car without a rear bar, with a 7/8" bar and with a 3/4" bar. I like how level and flat it corners with the 3/4" rear bar. It handled fine with NO rear bar but had more body roll than I liked.
