New rear window doesn't fit

Anyone try to install their new window
And it doesn't fit after having a new rear clip
Installed??
Do I have take the  new rear quarter off or
Just heat and adjust the  roof??
How much do you think that will cost??
One body shop couldn't give a price, but said it would take a couple years!!!!Between his regular work.

That does NOT sound good. Can you post a photo the EXACT issue. Is it hitting one side or corner or everything is perfect but glass is too big?

Two things to remember:
1) Most body shops just swap bumpers and doors and paint, they haven't a clue of restoration work like our cars
2)If the window is "NEW" you have a 30% chance it's made wrong...new parts are generally #$%^% no matter how much you pay for them
