Talking with the owner I think it can be bought somewhere between $20,000 & $25,000!

I did not buy it. The car had a lot of rust in it and the body had more waves in it than a Christmas parade. The paint was horrible. Someone from California called while I was there and bought it sight unseen. It was a good car for restoration but I felt the expense would definitely cost more than it would be worth when done correctly at the asking price. The seller was a great guy to have talked with. He has a nice GM collection he is selling off as well. It was sad having one so close to me and not being able to buy it.
