Just not sure how to get it off the sway bar if this is what you are looking for

Cut the bar.

Grind one of the welds and open it up

He says he has a lead on one that needs welding back together and even in the same country as he is in so I am going to pass at trying to get mine apart
If anyone has one still all together I am sure he would be interested in that also if they are close by

Drill out the rubber bushing around the bar.
