Spare tire hold down rod length - 1969 ?

Hello,

Trying to determine the correct length for the spare tire hold down rod for the 1969 Charger R/T.

I have one that I bought on ebay many years ago, but now that I look at it, it is only about 7" long... seems too short for use with a regular 15" spare.

Anyone know the correct length ?  Is this one right ?  ( also who would have one to sell as a new repro ? )

Thanks...   I might even get the 9" one, just to make sure it is long enough.
