Installing console in 68 charger solved! All is well lol.

Hi! Years ago my Boy bought me a console for. My 68 charger. I swapped out the trim, light bezels etc but now I'm perplexed how to install it. I took the knob off and now am confused on the steps on how to reinstall te console. I removed the original back in 2000. If anyone could walk me through it I'd appreciate it.

The top plate needs to be off.  Set the console in place and start the 5 bracket screws - 2 in the back, 2 in the storage, and one on the front left.  That's the one with the chrome trim washer in the carpet area.  With the shifter knob off, set the top plate on - with the storage door open and the matching up with the bracket at the front.  Hope this helps.
