68 Charger top rear trim on back panel

Here's my question as getting ready to install the trim pieces on the rear panel ( where brake lights are) as to the top trim ( straight piece) as the body guy or someone has filled the  clip retaining holes to hold the trim piece in
So how many holes/clips and where do these clips go- and help would be appreciated

That piece is held on by screws.
