How do I disassemble the brake pedal and its pivot to lubricate it? And how do I add lube? Is this the possible problem for the brake lockup that i am struggling with?
thankful for any help... ;)

am I supposed to lube the pushrod? What about the little gromit/bushing in there, can something be wrong with that thing so it makes the pushrod stuck?

This hole is the one that I have seen get dry and need some lube, but if your having a problem I would just
lube all of them with a little grease.

how about inside that dust boot, will it help to spray some WD40 in there? Is there a little rubber grommet in there that can be the one thats causing the problem?

There should be no reason to spray in there, unless the boot is in bad shape letting dirt get in there.
But if you can move the boot out of the way enough, it could not hurt to spray a little in there. Sometimes
rubber does not like WD40.

I would not spray WD-40 in the boot. There is a spray that turns into a light grease after it hits the air.
If it ain't wide open; it ain't running.        Rule number one in motocross racing: Pin it; row the gear box; and wait until you hit something.     At work my motto is: If you need me, call someone else.
