Superbird street cones vs race cones ?

Does anyone have pictures that would show detailed differences between an original street nose cone and one that was shipped to a race shop for on a race car. Over the years I have heard they are different. How ?

a "scoop" on top of the nose seems counter-productive to aerodynamics, but what do i know?

But did they start out different than a street cone, or did the race shops modify them?
