Repacing broken studs on door bracket

Has anyone tackled replacing broken/rusted studs on these brackets?

I used flat head carriage bolts for my seat track bolts  that I snapped of when I took them out   those bolts are  like spot welded to the bracket  I took my wire welder and tacked them on the inside  the bolts I used were from a garage door the ones they use to hold the bracket to the door  they are ones that go through the door panel they look just like the factory bolt
