Love your car. I assume it has original major components. Is it column or console shift and the read end ratio? The SE makes it rare.

Nice car you've got, but it really needs a proper restoration. Seeing that nicely restored Daytonas are fetching between $200-260K (pre-econimic downturn), a Daytona that needs a complete restoration isn't going to sell anywhere near for 385K. As it sits, the car would be considered "driver quality. There's nothing wrong with that and I'm not trying to burst your bubble or insult you, but the facts are the facts. It's true that these cars are limited, but so are buyers with that kind of scratch, especially in these times.

No chrome valve covers avail on any B body in 1969, daytona or otherwise

Also to answer the color question above. It is a real B7 car as noted on the broadcast sheet and that is the correct color on it. Looking at photos taken by different cameras under different natural lighting conditions is not an accurate way to determine if the shade is right.

B7 is certainly one of the hardest colors to photograph, and mix...
