Thoughts on "Right Stuff" brake booster and master cylinder kit?

I know this is posted in the wrong spot, but I need to make a decision sooner than later and I haven't gotten any assistance in the "brakes" section:

Local guy has a NIB Right Stuff brake booster and master for only $120.  The reviews of fitment issues bother me, other than the guy with a '68 who says it was perfect.  Any of you guys use this?

I don't think it's worth the savings to have no warranty. I gave up on boosted brakes after the last booster gave out.  :scratchchin:

About the only thing usable from Right Stuff is the brakelines, all the other stuff is mismatched components, that booster assembly is a mile long! it'll be right up to your battery, if you need a dual diaphram booster with an offset bracket fora HEMI application, there's much better choices out there for factory style components

Perhaps if you give some info on your vehicle and what your looking to achieve, as well as your price range, perhaps you'll get the responses/help you require :cheers:

Thanks, DayClona.  It's a '69 440 4spd car that's been sitting for quite a while.  Plans are to get it back on the road as a beater/driver, and since it's been sitting for so long, I want to go through and redo the brakes.  I figured this was a cheap way to get new stuff that looks good, but not if it is gonna be a mile long.  Car currently has drums all around but I plan to upgrade to discs up front...just not sure how.

IMO would use the OEM type later  single piston slider caliper disc brake set up & the repop bendix booster as mentioned above in you tube links ,  factory type service parts will always  be available  from the after market .

I had to open up the hole in the firewall slightly but you'll never notice it once the booster is bolted in. I've only driven the car around the block but so far so good. I really wanted an OE look and this was the only one on the market I found that was really close and at a reasonable price.

i installed the same one as Dano and it works great so far in my Road Runner. You have to open up the firewall hole but like he said its all hidden.
