Hello, need some help, was replacing my accelerator cable & found this laying next to the accelerator pedal, I do not remember seeing this when I was putting the car together,  my windshield wipers still work, thinking it might have come off the wiper linkage, it has a convex shape, 1968 Charger Thanks guys.

I was able to look through my glove box area & the washer clip is still on the wiper motor, it has a little clip built into the washer,

That very well could be correct, I had installed a custom built cable many years ago that came from Mancini Racing & it uses an c,e type clip, just getting forgetful, thanks Greg
