The one on Ebay is from a 1970 Hemi Cuda.

For the blocks you are searching for, adding the year & plant helps.

The last 6 of the VIN numbers can & do repeat across assembly plants.

I cannot believe the prices of these blocks.  If they are bringing that kind of money, maybe I should sell mine!  I have a 70 block, unstamped, 11/68 casting.  It has a 0.10 clean up pass, but would probably need to go 0.20 to be built.  It has been magged, and checked out good. Other than a chip on the very bottom of the number two cylinder skirt, there is no damage. It has a good uncut crank, oil pan,two fuel pumps,a brand new set of Mopar Performance cast iron heads, two sets of Hemi rods, and a 69 B body Hemi K frame. What would it be worth in the current market?

Asking price vs. actual sale price - huge difference.

If someone asks a billion for their engine, that does not mean any engine is worth that unless one fool pays it.

In that case if it ever actually does happen, it was worth it to one foolish person.

One way to find out: ebay it all with no reserve.
I've never owned anything but a MoPar. Can you say that?

That's not ever happening, ever!
